Josh also has a unique understanding for what a remote investor is looking for as he purchased his own apartment complex in Detroit, MI that he manages remotely in his spare time. Josh graduated from Texas A&M University’s College of Engineering with a degree in Industrial Distribution. Every Friday night at 9:30pm, Josh produces and hosts the longest running independent stand up comedy show in Manhattan at Beauty Bar near Union Square.
